I have successfully made my very first pound cake...it's so pretty!! LOOK...
I made the pound cake for a dessert auction at Church tomorrow night to help the Women's ministry raise money for their annual retreat. This is our first time participating in the annual Thanksgiving meal and dessert auction, so I'm really excited.

that makes me want pound cake, real bad. i don't think id even need to frost it.
It is very pretty!!! I love the crunchy part that is on the top. YUM!!!!!
By the way...the cake brought in $70 for the ladies ministry!! :)
